The Indian Express के अनुसार Uttar Pradesh Cabinet ने former Agniveers के लिए Jail Warder और Transport Department के Enforcement Constable posts की direct recruitment में 20% horizontal reservation approve किया है.

Decision के तहत eligible former Agniveers को maximum age limit में three-year relaxation भी मिलेगा. Horizontal reservation existing vertical categories के across operate करता है, separate vertical caste या community category create नहीं करता.
