Supreme Court ने 10 September को उस allegation पर चिंता जताई जिसमें Jantar Mantar protest में शामिल एक minor girl को harass या intimidate किए जाने की बात कही गई. यह allegation protest से जुड़ी proceedings के दौरान Court के सामने रखा गया और bench ने girl तथा उसके family के लिए protection की जरूरत पर विचार करने का संकेत दिया.
Legal distinction जरूरी है. Court का concern हर allegation को proved fact नहीं बनाता और किसी व्यक्ति की guilt establish नहीं करता. यह जरूर दिखाता है कि constitutional court किसी vulnerable individual को immediate threat का claim सामने आने पर protective direction पर विचार कर सकता है.
