Defence Ministry ने VIMARSH DRDO-Industry Synergy Meet में defence production में ज्यादा MSMEs और deep-tech startups को लाने के लिए measures announce किए.

Package में direct funding, incubation support, DRDO testing facilities तक access और specified cases में licensed industry partners के साथ software source code share करने का mechanism शामिल है. DRDO ने manufacturing partners को technology-transfer licensing agreements भी hand over किए.

Policy issue industrial base widen करने का है, बिना security, certification या intellectual-property controls weaken किए. Testing infrastructure और technology तक wider access smaller firms के defence procurement entry barriers reduce कर सकता है.
