Andhra Pradesh में 10 Critical Care Blocks और 12 public-health laboratories शुरू, preparedness push मजबूत

Union Health Ministry ने Andhra Pradesh में broader PM-ABHIM health-infrastructure programme के तहत 10 Critical Care Blocks और 12 Integrated Public Health Laboratories inaugurate किए.

Facilities government medical colleges, district hospitals और area hospitals में फैली हैं. Health Ministry के अनुसार PM-ABHIM के तहत nationwide 631 Critical Care Blocks sanction किए गए हैं ताकि future public-health emergencies के लिए preparedness मजबूत हो.

Design post-pandemic lesson reflect करता है: health security के लिए treatment capacity और surveillance capacity दोनों चाहिए. Critical-care beds severe illness के बाद important हैं, जबकि public-health laboratories threats को earlier detect करने में मदद करती हैं.
