उन्होंने infectious diseases के लिए integrated early-warning system, logistics supply-chain cooperation framework, startup innovation fund और agro-ecology तथा energy storage में centres of excellence जैसी proposals announce कीं.
India के लिए significance diplomatic और developmental दोनों है. New Delhi खुद को बड़े emerging powers और छोटे developing countries के बीच bridge के रूप में position करना चाहता है, ऐसे frameworks के जरिए जिन्हें BRICS membership से बाहर भी adapt किया जा सके.
