WHO South-East Asia Regional Committee की 79th session में India ने medical, nursing और allied-health capacity expansion के साथ rural, tribal और underserved populations तक specialised care पहुंचाने की challenge पर जोर दिया. Regional meeting ने specialised care में equity पर Dili Declaration भी adopt किया.
