43.218-km corridor NH-31 को Varuna River के along Varanasi Ring Road से connect करेगा. NHAI project को mostly elevated six- और four-lane road, flyovers, loops, ramps और service roads के साथ Hybrid Annuity Model पर develop करेगा.
